Looks like we've begun the time period where we have to wait a very long time before we see any new episodes of Power Rangers Super Megaforce.
So far Megaforce/Super Megaforce is doing exactly as I said it would. I had said in the past that Megaforce was getting better and better with each episode. Now we're in Super Megaforce and the show is still improving.
Looks like Saban and the writers are finally getting the hang of running "Power Rangers". What do you fellow Power Ranger fans think?

This is gonna sound really weird. Some time before Power Rangers Operation Overdrive premiered on television, I had a dream. In my dream, I had seen the action figures for PROO and they looked almost exactly like the ones in this picture.
    Weird right?

Prepare yourselves Power Rangers fans. I’ve had a glimpse into the future. An evil being is coming. He is cunning, intelligent, and very dangerous. He will be very powerful. The Megaforce Rangers will not be happy to face him.

    ““He is from a family
    That destroyed worlds
    He lived two different lives
One of flesh, and one of metal
    When one royal will fall
    The other will stand tall
Here’s a warning that should be known
Beware the second in line to the throne”

Does anyone besides me think that the Warstar Empire is the worst choice of villains to cause a battle as big as the upcoming Mega War?
The Warstar Empire came to Earth with absolutely no knowledge about humans. They never even heard of the Power Rangers before coming to Earth. Sure they had a plan about how to invade and conquer Earth, and they had a large army that consists of aliens and machines from different races, but still. After the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers and the Zeo Rangers beat there enemies, every villain since that time knew what Power Rangers were. Even the demons that were sealed in a tomb for 10,000 years knew what a Power Ranger was before even meeting any. 20 years after Earth's first team of Power Rangers came around, we get an empire full of evil villains that have absolutely no idea what they were getting into, and they are the villains that will cause the Mega War? It's gonna be like having the army fight a large group of babies. I'll admit that the Armada's first appearance and invasion managed to give us goosebumps, that doesn't change the fact that they came totally unprepared for the Power Rangers.
There's only one way that the Mega War is gonna be awesome: Vrak has to be the leader. He came unprepared like the rest of the Warstar Empire, but he's the only villain that learned and adapted enough to actually be considered a worthy Power Ranger villain. He now knows about humans and about the Power Rangers, and he no longer underestimates them as much as he did in the beginning. He's the only villain I think is fit to be the reason for the Mega War happening.
He is the reason the invasion was able to begin after all. He gave the Messenger permission to tell the Armada to come to Earth, he gave the go ahead to start the invasion, he should be the one to lead the forces in the final battle we will know as the Mega War.

Power Rangers Super Megaforce "In the Driver's Seat" was something. The Power Rangers get to see the dimension where the world was conquered by machines, the heroes tapped into a field that "connects all life", and the way to fight was to "get in gear" The Power Rangers get to see Corinth and meet the only RPM zord that wasn't used by the RPM Rangers because noone could control it. The Megaforce Rangers meet...
    The Turbo Falcon Zord.

On another note, Professor Cog did what no other team-up villain has ever done... he came back after the team-up episode. Normally, a new villain appears in the Team-Up episode(s) then gets destroyed at the end. Professor Cog appeared in the RPM-PRS/PRSS team-up episodes, was defeated by the RPM and Samurai Rangers, then came back to fight the Megaforce Rangers. This makes Ranger history. At least the Megaforce Rangers finished him off for good. He was one tough robotic villain.
Was anyone else surprised to see him return?

He brought a lot of things to think about. Gosei said the Corinth has been a peace for a long time, but Cog said that his master gave him instructions before he came through the wormhole. This can only mean that the Venjix Virus is not in RPM Red's morpher anymore. Guess Venjix still has some active factories somewhere in the area once known as "the Wasteland" and is trying to rebuild everything he lost at the hands of the RPM Rangers. I had really hoped that "Danger and Destiny" was the end of Venjix, but it looks like the fight we thought was over is still going on.

On October 18, 2014, a major event happened in favor of the Power Rangers. We've seen the destruction of the Insectoids (Admiral Malkor and Creepox), the Toxic Mutants (Bigs and Bluefur), Vrak's robotic servant Metal Alice, and the Armada's robotic Messenger. But now, things are shaken up more than before. Prince Vekar decided to finally to destroy the Power Rangers himself with his bodyguard, Argus, fighting alongside him. Argus got in Noah's way and paid the price for it. Prince Vekar decided to fight the Rangers to the end, but his underestimation of the Rangers, and his less than rational thinking, only led to his demise. Now the prince and his bodyguard are finally gone. The being who led the Armada to Earth is finally destroyed.

    Goodbye ARGUS

    Goodbye Prince VEKAR

The bad news is, Vrak is still out there. Now that his brother is gone, he's finally ready to finish what he started.

Yes. Now that Vekar (the first in line for the Emperor's throne) is destroyed, Vrak can now become an official prince. Knowing Vrak, he'll plan something big.
Speaking of Vekar and Vrak, I think it would have been nice if we got to see the brothers interact. Saban should have made some footage of the two brothers talking to each other. Perhaps he should have had Vekar discover that Vrak and have them complain about one another, throw some insults, and continue their sibling rivalry for their father's approval. This would have actually added a good element to "All Hail Prince Vekar".
I think I'm going to miss having Vekar around. He was actually hilarious to watch. It's not every day that we get an immature, incompetent, but funny, villain. Sure people didn't like him because he wasn't as tough or serious as bosses like Zedd, Ransik, Mesogog, or the Venjix Virus, but he did bring some humor to the dark side, like the time he was ringing for Infideous, his butler, and he got irritated or when he tripped over something and said "You didn't see anythin.. He was an element we haven't seen in a boss before and it was nice to have him around. It made his final plan all the more interesting to see. We had funny Power Rangers, why not have a funny evil boss?
With Vekar gone, the villain side's seriousness will pick up where it left off in Megaforce's season finale and Super Megaforce's first episode, only things will be more serious than it was before.

Finally, the day has come. On October 25, 2014, Prince Vrak finally returned to finish what he and his partners (Malkor and Creepox) and the Armada started last year. He had a grand plan to finally destroy the Earth by drilling into the Earth's core, which would cause massive devastation. On November 1, 2014, Prince Vrak's plan was so close to succeeding, but the Power Rangers had enough of him. Vrak has attacked the planet, encouraged other beings to fight for him, used people, caused misery and suffering, and now he nearly killed Orion and cost Robo Knight his life. Vrak crossed the line for the last time. Finally, after 2 years, Vrak was finally destroyed by the Power Rangers Megaforce. At long last, we can say farewell to the Megaforce Rangers' greatest villain.

    Goodbye Prince VRAK

Now both of the royal brothers are destroyed. The royal family that leads the Armada is being taken down one at a time.

With the sons destroyed, and no wife around, the emperor himself is the only leader of the Armada left. Just how are things going to go for the Power Rangers?
  • One more thing. On October 25, 2014, Robo Knight was finally shown to us after so long, only to be reprogrammed into the evil Dark Robo Knight by Vrak. On November 1, 2014, he was finally brought back to us thanks to Troy. Robo Knight went to Vrak's underwater lair to save Orion. He succeeded, but at the cost of his own life. Robo Knight fought hard and long to protect the Earth, he learned that protecting the Earth meant protecting it's people as well, he learned and began to understand humans, and more. Because of Vrak, we lost a great robot Ranger. There were 7 Megaforce Rangers, now only 6 remain.

    RIP ROBO KNIGHT

    (his first appearance)
    (his sacrafice)

On November 9, 2014, the Power Rangers had to face one of their greatest challenges: Damaras. He was Prince Vekar's top commander in the Armada and a faithful follower of Vekar's father, Emperor Mavro. Damaras finally makes a move to get revenge on the Power Rangers for Prince Vekar's destruction. In the process, we learn that Damaras is actually famous for being "most powerful warrior in the universe". He went all out to destroy the Power Rangers, but as we all learned years ago, when you mess with the Power Rangers, good always triumphs over evil.

    Goodbye DAMARAS

I'm going to miss seeing Damaras. He was an equally interesting villain as Vrak, and clearly a very powerful one. It's kind of a shame that he's gone now.

On November 15, 2014, Levira was forced to redeem herself to Emperor Mavro since she gave Damaras the chance to redeem himself and failed. She came prepared with her technology to counteract the Rangers' moves, but she didn't prepare herself for their strength. She believed that her Emperor would save her with the Maximizer, but he let her die. Like the villains before her, she has fallen.
(Vekar's butler, Infideous, won't be happy about this.)

    Goodbye LEVIRA

Her defeat was a small bite out of a big apple... a really big apple. The Power Rangers Megaforce is about to face their biggest challenge yet. The Rangers have destroyed many of Mavro's forces... Creepox, Bigs, Bluefur, Malkor, the Messenger, Metal Alice, Argus, Vekar, Vrak, Damaras, and Levira. Now the Power Rangers must face the emperor and every single member of Mavro's armada from all over the galaxy. This will be a war the likes of which the world has never been seen before.
The episode "The Wrath" is the beginning of the end. Next time, the final war with Mavro's forces will commence and the fate of the Earth will be determined by Troy, Noah, Jake, Gia, Emma, and Orion.

It's been two years. The Power Rangers Megaforce defeated Creepox, Bigs, Bluefur, Malkor, the Messenger, Metal Alice, Argus, Vekar, Vrak, Damaras, and Levira. But now, the day of the final battle finally came. On November 22, 2014, Emperor Mavro and every single member of his Armada in the galaxy came back to destroy the Earth. The Megaforce Rangers stood strong against them all. At last, the Megaforce Rangers got the chance to fight the villain behind everything that has happened the past 2 years, the father of Vekar and Vrak, the leader of all the villains the Megaforce Rangers have fought... Emperor Mavro. However, Mavro's Armada proved to be more than the 6 Rangers could handle alone, which is why ALL of the past Rangers, including Robo Knight and the Rangers that have never been seen before on Earth, came to back them up in their final battle. With seven Megaforce Rangers and more than a hundred legendary Rangers, the Mega War aka Legendary War finally happened, and Mavro's forces have been destroyed. The Earth is safe once again.... for now.

    Goodbye EMPEROR MAVRO
    Goodbye ARMADA
