I not understand why 15 Showa Riders fight with 15 Heisei Riders?

So why Kyoryu Red and ToQger come to help Kamen Rider team?

But where is another Super Sentai team is Kyoryu Red's friends team and Gorenger to Go-Busters teams?

Why all Kyoryu Red's friend team and Gorenger to Go-Busters teams not come help to all Kamen Rider team fight with evil bad guys?
